Hey everyone! First Post!


I think my object, An Exacto Knife, is a good design because it fits all of the ten principles that Deter Rams has explained. For example, my object is useful; you can use it in many ways. My product is also very understandable; you know how to use it and also can predict what parts are on the inside of it. My object is also long lasting; it is made out of thick plastic, and is well put together. You need to make your designs very attractive, fun, and neat. Having an object this way attracts people to. An object shouldn’t only be attractive it should be functional. My Exacto Knife is not very attractive but you could find them in many different colors and shapes.  Overall I feel that my object is a good design even though it does not have a presentable want from others.
